Sky Control SpA Warranty, Exchange and Return Policy
Pursuant to Decree with Force of Law No. 3, which establishes the consolidated, coordinated and systematized text of Law 19,496, which establishes standards for the protection of consumer rights, Sky Control Spa informs its customers:
Every consumer who has purchased a product through Sky Control SpA, whether in a physical or virtual branch, is entitled to the 6-month Legal Guarantee established by the National Consumer Service SERNAC from the date of issue of the invoice. This guarantee may be enforced in the event that the purchased product has a defect, lacks parts and accessories or is due to a manufacturing fault.
If the product falls under the Legal Guarantee, it will be referred to the respective Technical Service for study, verification and certification of the origin or cause of the defect or fault. The Technical Service will communicate the result to the customer within 15 business days if the product is purchased within the Metropolitan Region or within 20 business days if the product is purchased in other Regions.
If the result of the assessment carried out by the Technical Service concludes that the fault or defect is not due to incorrect handling, use or intervention, the customer will have the right to choose between free repair, replacement or refund of the amount paid.
The product must be complete, in good condition and with all its accessories. It is not mandatory to return its original packaging. Products cannot be delivered damaged or broken, scratched or stained, incomplete, with tampered seals or with residue inside.
If the customer chooses to have the amount paid refunded, the amount paid for home delivery, if applicable, will not be refunded.
